Check-in at the airport
 
Olympic Airlines offer the possibility of checking your tickets and baggage at the check-in desks at the departure hall of the airport
 
l You can apply to the dedicated check-in desk for Business Class, if you are a business class passenger or a Golden Card member of our Icarus F.F.P.
l In case of a return within 24 hours, you can issue also your boarding pass for the return-flight
l You should present yourselves at the airport check-in desk well ahead of the latest check-in time. Beyond this time, you can not be embarked on the imminent planned flight. The minimum check-in time according to CE/261/2004, is:
 
- Domestic flights: 45 min
- International flights, short and medium haul: 45 min
- International flights long haul: 60 min
 
 
Electronic check-in
 
l  The Web Check-In service allows passengers to check in, choose a seat, issue and print a Boarding Pass on their personal computer, in an effort to reduce the time spent at the airport.

l The issuance of the electronic Boarding Pass is done via a user-friendly WEB page and requires the passenger to provide the necessary information.

l You can find detailed information about this service, at “Terms and Conditions” on the first page of the Web Check-in.        

 
 
Kindly be reminded:
 
l You should be at the Gate at least 30 min before the scheduled departure of your flight
l Presentation of boarding pass at the Gate, is mandatory
l Presentation of a valid Identity Card / Passport is necessary for the identification control
