As you maybe aware, Olympic Airlines will enter into
liquidation and a new privately owned Airline Olympic Air will be established.
Consequently, we would like to inform you that
the accumulated miles of Icarus Program of Olympic Airlines must be
redeemed for domestic and international flights until the September 30th
of 2009*.

Participation in the ICARUS FREQUENT FLYER
will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. The ICARUS PROGRAM is an award program for O.A.'s frequent flyers.
2. The ICARUS PROGRAM is not valid where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. O.A. may change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
4. O.A. may terminate the ICARUS Program at any time at its discretion.
5. Definitions:
The term "O.A." is defined as Olympic Airlines S.A. based in Greece
with its registered offices at 154 Syngrou Av., Athens,17671.
The terms "Membership card" and "Card" are the terms used to describe the
card issued by O.A. when applicant is accepted into the ICARUS PROGRAM.
The term "Awards" means specified goods or services to be provided by O.A. or a Participating
Program Partner in exchange for a specific number of miles.
The term "Member" means a person who has been accepted for membership in O.A.'s Icarus
Frequent Flyer Program Partner and to whom O.A. has issued a permanent membership card.
The term "Membership" means being a member of the ICARUS PROGRAM.
The terms "Miles" or Mileage" are the ticketed point miles flown by a member
on O.A., or the services provided by Participating Program Partners convertible into miles.
The term "Participating Program Partners" (PPP) means the third parties participating
in O.A.' s ICARUS PROGRAM who provide services or awards to its members. The services offered
by PPPs can be converted into mileage, providing the member has used O.A. services on the trip
in question.
6. O.A. will make every effort to ensure that the services provided by the PPPs will be available
to members. Nevertheless, O.A. will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the provision
or non-provision, in whole or in part, of such services. Provision of these services will be
subject to the terms and conditions laid down by the firm offering them.
7. It is each member's responsibility to notify O.A. in writing, by mail or fax, of any change
of name or address. All correspondence will be directed to the address declared.

MEMBERSHIP
1. Persons under the age of 18 and employees of airlines, including O.A., are not eligible
for membership in the ICARUS PROGRAM. Likewise, neither employees of the Civil Aviation Authority
nor persons who own, are shareholders or are employed in travel agencies are eligible for membership.
2. An application form will be accepted only when it has been fully completed and signed by
the applicant.
3. Membership is offered at the discretion of OA, which may accept or reject an application
for membership.
4. Before receiving permanent membership, a person may use the temporary card.
5. This card enables the holder to start earning miles.
6. Once O.A. accepts the application, a permanent card will be dispatched to the member.
7. Membership is recognized by the issuing of a permanent membership number.
8. Only the person named on the membership card may use the card.
9. Miles accrued on the temporary card cannot be redeemed unless the holder has been issued
a permanent card.
10. The card remains at all times the property of O.A., which reserves the right to refuse,
withdraw, upgrade or downgrade it.
11. No one can maintain more than one personal account. All members will be issued a membership
card with a personal account / membership number after O.A. accepts their application. In the
event of duplicate accounts, the latest account and all miles accumulated on that account will
be cancelled.
12. The membership card is not a credit card.
13. If a membership card is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, the member must notify O.A
's Frequent Flyer Program Department thereof in writing by mail or fax. At its discretion,
O.A. will replace the card as soon as possible. Until a replacement is available, the member
is required to retain ticket covers and boarding passes in order to claim retroactive credit.
14. Members may terminate their membership at any time, forfeiting all rights, awards and privileges
under the Program, by giving written notice to O.A. 's Frequent Flyer Program Department and
returning their membership card. After termination, all miles accumulated will be cancelled.
15. Membership is terminated on the death of a member. Miles accumulated prior to termination
are not transferable.
16. When a person or persons from member's immediate family (spouse, children) are traveling
with the member on the same flight and dates, their accrued miles may be credited to the member's
account. On the initial application form, members must indicate the names of their immediate
family.
17. Any name changes by a member must be in writing and accompanied by a legal document such
as a marriage certificate.

QUALIFICATION LEVELS
The ICARUS FREQUENT FLYER PROGRAM
has a three-level structure: Join & Fly -> Silver -> Gold.
This structure is based on the number of actual miles flown on O.A. only, and on the class
of service.
Qualification levels depend on the number of miles accrued over a period of 12 months, on Olympic
Airlines S.A. services only, effective from the date of the member's application.
If a member qualifies for upgrading, a new tracking period begins at zero.
Upgrading to a higher level is based on miles accumulated with in a 12-month period.
Downgrading is based on the miles accumulated during the last 12 months of the validity of
the card.
To remain at the same level, mileage will be considered the last 12 months of the validity
of the card.
The number of miles required for each level, as well as the awards and privileges provided
to the members at each level may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Join & Fly
Members who have accumulated at least 30,000 miles within 12 months, on O.A. services only,
will be upgraded and will receive the SILVER ICARUS CARD.
Members who have accumulated at least 60,000 miles within 12 months, on O.A. services only,
will be upgraded and will receive the GOLD ICARUS CARD.
Silver Level
Members must accumulate at least 30,000 miles, on O.A. services only, within the second year
of the validity of their card in order to remain at the same level.
If a member has accumulated at least 60,000 miles, on O.A. services only, within the second
year of validity of the card, he or she will be upgraded and will receive the
Gold Icarus Card
If a member has not accumulated at least 30,000 miles, on O.A. services only, within the second
year of the validity of the card, he/she will be downgraded and will receive a JOIN & FLY
ICARUS card.
In the event that a member is upgraded to the Gold Icarus card level within he first year of
the validity of the card, existing miles will be cancelled on the date the new card is issued
and a new tracking period will begin at zero.
Gold Level
Members must accumulate at least 60,000 miles on O.A. services only within second year of the
validity of the card in order to remain at the same level.
If a member has not accumulated at least 60,000 miles on O.A. services only within the second
year of the validity of the card, he/she will be downgraded and will receive the SILVER ICARUS
card.

ACCRUING MILEAGE
1. To ensure that the miles are correctly credited to their account, members are required to
state their name and Icarus membership number when making their booking and to present their
Icarus membership card when checking-in. If for any reason, the passenger details on the ticket
are different from those recorded on the Icarus membership card, no miles will be credited
to the members account.
2. Air miles are accumulated on the basis of not only distances flown but also the type of
ticket purchased.
3. The flight or fare types, which are eligible for the accrual of mileage, will be determined
by O.A. and may be changed at any time without prior notice.
4. O.A. reserves the right to exclude some promotional fares from mileage accrual.
5. O.A. will notify members of new routes or new fare types and will determine the corresponding
mileage.
6. All members must quote their name and membership number when booking their seat, but also
when checking in, even though the membership number was recorded when the reservation was made.
In the event that it is not possible to enter a membership number into the system at a particular
airport, the member should retain ticket covers and boarding passes which should be forwarded
to O.A.' s Frequent Flyer Program Department to claim retroactive credit.
7. For mileage to be credited to an account the flight must have taken place and
the ticket covers and boarding passes retained until the miles accrued have appeared on the
member's statement.
8. In the event that a member's ticket is upgraded from economy to business class, courtesy
of O.A., or the member pays the "Olympic Difference" for upgrading, the mileage accrued
is for the fare originally paid and the class originally booked.
9. All cards are valid for two years, except the JOIN & FLY card.
10. Members should be aware that mileage is valid within a certain time limit:
Holders of JOIN & FLY ICARUS cards are eligible for mileage accrual for two years from
the date the card is issued. Mileage can be redeemed for Award up to one year thereafter. Any
mileage which has not been redeemed for Award by the end of this period will be cancelled.
Holders of SILVER and GOLD ICARUS cards are eligible for mileage accrual for two years from
the date the card is issued. Mileage can be redeemed for Award up to one year after the expiry
date of the card. Any mileage which has not been redeemed for Award by the end of the year
will be cancelled.
In the event that a member changes level within the period of validity of his card, existing
miles will be cancelled on the date the new card is issued and the tracking period will begin
at zero again. Miles already earned can be redeemed for Award up to one year thereafter. Any
mileage which has not been redeemed for Award by the end of this period will be cancelled
11. When a person or persons from a member's immediate family (i.e. spouse, children) are traveling
with a member on the same flight and date, their miles will be accrued and credited to the
member's account, providing that, full details regarding family members traveling together
with Icarus Member / Card Holder are given during both the reservations and airport check-in
procedures.
12. The "Family Account" is applicable to children between the ages of 2 and 18 years
old.
13. Full mileage will be accrued and credited when the children traveling with the member are
between the ages of 12 and 18.
14. For children under the age of 12, mileage will be accrued and credited at 50% of the actual
distance flown.
15. Members should retain family ticket covers and boarding passes until the miles accrued
have appeared on the member's statement.
16. All names of the member's immediate family must be declared on the ICARUS FREQUENT FLYER
Application Form. Any additions or deletions should be made in writing by mail or fax to O.A.'s
Frequent Flyer Program Department.
17. In the event of Program termination, all miles accrued will be cancelled.
18. O.A. reserves the right to change the number of miles awarded at its sole discretion.

AWARDS
1. Awards can be earned by accruing miles on O.A. services or on services provided by Participating
Program Partners that are convertible into miles.
2. Members should have enough valid miles for the Award requested. The number of required miles
is indicated in the "Earning miles" booklet or in other special publications or through
internet.(www.olympic-airways.gr)
3. All Awards are subject to availability.
4. All Award tickets are issued for round-trip travel.
5. Award travel is capacity controlled by O.A. in a special booking class. General availability
in another booking class does not necessarily mean that there is capacity available for Award
travel.
6. Award travel bookings must be made at least 21 days in advance.
7. Booking for all flight segments should be made at the same time.
8. When a member books an Award ticket and it is issued, miles will automatically be redeemed.
No mileage can be accrued with Award travel.
9. Award tickets will be issued on the number of miles redeemed for the required class of air
travel (economy class, business class).
10. Award bookings are on fully confirmed seats.
11. Award tickets can be issued to any member of the cardholder's immediate family (spouse,
child) or to any other person whom the member indicates.
12. Bookings for award tickets must be made through the OA reservation Dept. or the appropriate
"Icarus Regional Center". The Relationship Marketing Dept. in Athens does not proceed
with award bookings.
13. Award tickets cannot be issued by Travel agents.
14. When a member receives an Award ticket, he/she is obliged to check that all the information
written on it is correct.
15. Once an Award ticket has been issued, it must be used only on the flights/dates shown.
16. In case of hospitalization or family emergency, an Award ticket may be extended after submission
of supporting documentation.
17. Once travel has commenced, the Award ticket is considered to have been used and even if
remaining travel is not completed, miles will not be refunded.
18. Under no circumstances will redeemed miles be re-credited to a member's account, once an
Award ticket has been issued / reissued and never used.
19. In the event that an Award ticket cannot be used, re-bookings can be made upon payment
of a $25 fee per transaction, up to the date of departure.
20. Rerouting is not permitted on Award tickets.
21. Members may upgrade Award tickets to "Business Class", wherever it exists and
subject to availability, by paying the Award Difference at the Athens International airport,
on the date of departure.
22. Awards are not negotiable or refundable.
23. O.A. has the right to set "blackout dates" within which no Award tickets may
be used.
24. Lost, stolen or expired award tickets will not be refunded, replaced or extended. Miles
redeemed will not be returned to the member's account.
25. Payment of any local or government tax in relation to the award tickets is the responsibility
of the member.
26. Upon signing the membership application, the member is deemed to have accepted the terms
and conditions thereof and agrees that Olympic Airlines, may, from time to time, pass on personal
data stored in their systems to partner companies.
27. The terms and conditions of the ICARUS PROGRAM shall in all respects be governed by and
construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic and any and all disputes arising
from participation in the ICARUS PROGRAM are subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek Courts.
The member hereby agrees that venue may lie in Athens Greece.
