For Olympic Airlines, social community offer
goes far beyond conventional corporate activities.
It is a people-oriented daily task, a National Duty.
The Network
OA perform work of paramount importance,
eliminating long distances and the geophysical obstacles
of Greece's varied terrain. For OA, the uninterrupted
connection of the Archipelago with the Metropolitan
and other large urban centers is not a mere responsibility,
but rather part of its role as a company with social
and anthropocentric criteria.
With over 18 regional destinations of low passenger
and cargo traffic rates, and over 40 routes, OA set
up a service network that acts as the benchmark for
seamless connection of Greece's islands and mainland.
The valuable contribution of ÏÁ reinforces one of the
most reliable communication bridges, offering maximum
contribution to local and regional development.
For all islanders, Olympic Airlines routes mean much
more than transportation; they are life lines of security
and optimism. |

The
Social Work
Following an age old tradition, Olympic
Airlines transport patients on stretchers, any time
and any place, with a sense of responsibility, making
of its aircraft real rescue units. A special part in
patients' air transportation is also played by the
Olympic Aviation helicopters, saving the lives of dozens
of people every year.
Apart from patients' air transportation, the Olympic
Airlines crews have experienced a lot of cases of urgent
transplant or incubator transports performing their
work with a high sense of responsibility. |
